We had a blood drive in honor of Mia at Scott's Training Systems to help our friends at PEPPEDUP!

They all are so sweet to give up their time to come to support Mia AND donate blood!
A huge thank you to these guys for helping with the kids boot camp...I know my girls love to have Donald from Cape Fitness as their coach!! Thank you Christian for helping with the kids, and of course to Scott for letting us use STS for her blood drive!
