Mia's 89th Blood Transfusion

What a happy precious girl!!

#89

Lately she gets SO tired from the meds they give
her during her transfusions. Bless her heart.
You're a brave girl Mia.

Happy Thanksgiving

Sadly, 5 out of 6 of us had strep throat on Tuesday.
So we were just getting over being sick...
but Thanksgiving still went on.
Thanks to my mom who cooked everything and brought
it over, and to Matt's mom for making the pumpkin pie
and bring lots of food too!

The turkey was yummy as always...

I am a huge guac fan, these little things were so good!

More yummy-ness!

Time for a photo session...

We are definitely THANKFUL for good health!

We Hiked Squaw Peak

We went on a little date to Baja Fresh for some
healthy food before we hiked.
Ok maybe a Starbucks too...

Getting started, you can see down town Phoenix.

Matt waiting for me while I take pictures.

The view from the top is amazing, it's worth all
that exercise :)

Madison's 6th Birthday

We actually started Madison's special day with
one of Ashley's soccer games in North Scottsdale.
Then we went to 'Hopeday' for Hopekids at
Notre Dame Prep.
The kids had a great time, Madison got her
face painted.

Then she won bingo and picked out a fun prize.

Then she got to hang out with the cheerleaders and
dance with them. How fun for her!

She's my littlest and look how grown up she's getting.

Happy Birthday Madison!

I can't believe she's 6 years old!

She really had fun opening her presents!
We are tuly blessed to have her in our lives.

We should have dressed up for Halloween!

You gotta love the 80's.
I do.
Remember head gear?
Yeah...I really do have braces.

Matt looks...a little Alice Cooper-ish.
With all the excitement of US (sort of) dressing
up, I didn't take any pictures of the kids.

Mia wanted her hair straight, like Taylor Swift.
It only took me 40 minutes...

Alyssa wore my old high school cheer uniform.
It's vintage, I told her. No one else will have it.

Here they are having fun at our neighborhood
Halloween party. At least I got pictures of them there!
