California Adventures Part 3 -Madi's 1st Trip to Disney Land!

 

 

Since we were in California...so close to Disney Land,

I HAD to take Madison for her first time.

In the video...I tried to get her to say Disney Land, but instead...

she said, 'sharks.'   ????

 

 

At this point she asked if I was buying movie tickets...

my friend Andrea laughed and said, to the best movie

of your life!! Ha ha!

 

 

 

Minnie Mouse was the first thing she saw!

 

 

 

 

Pluto was around too...

 

We caught the train to Toon Town in hopes of to

see some Princesses...

 

Off to Mickey's house.

Oh my goodness...

 

 

We loved seeing Goofy!

 

He's so silly!

You have to do the Dumbo ride if the wait is only 15 minutes!

 

I was trying to get out of the tea cups but she had

seen them on a commercial.

 

At least they didn't spin me TOO much!

 

Me and my littlest girl...

She gave the flower to Princess Belle...

 

 

 

But Princess Belle really couldn't keep it, so she

put it in Madi's hair. Guess who's Madi's favortie

Princess is now?! Yep, Belle! She still talks about this!

Off to Frontier Land...

 



 

 

Where we saw Princess Jasmine & Alladin - Madison gave

her the flower, and she took it! But she still really likes

Belle :)

 

 

 

The Jungle Boat Cruise, where all the animals

are pretend (except for the hippos!)

 

Thunder Mt. was her all time favorite - we did this

3 times!

 

 

 

 

We rested on the Mark Twain for a little bit.

 

 

These girls and I had to ride on the Indiana Jones ride!

 

Aww, they bought Madi her first Disney ears...

so cute!!

Time for a rest to watch the Parade...

 

Madi traded in her Minnie ears for pink sparkley ones...

 

 

 

Oh look...it's Belle!

 

It was so cute to watch her little hands waving to

all the characters!

 

Time for a Splash Mountain ride!

 

 

Going up the big hill....no turning back now!

Soooooooooo much fun!

After some Pizza...Andrea talked me into riding

Star Tours. I vaguely remember feeling nauseas

after this last time...but oh my, was it fun!

 

 

We finished the night with Fantasmic and the Peter Pan Ride.

 

What?! Ice cream at 10 pm...sure, since we're in Disney Land!

She went to bed with a smile on her face!

Thanks to the Sommer kids for helping her to close downt he park

on her first day!! You guys were troopers!
