Wow...here we are at Mia's 50th blood transfusion. It seems like we were just here, actually we were on Sep. 9th. It's only been 3 weeks, but we will be on vacation so it was best for her to come in today rather than have her counts be low next week.
A quick hello from Dr. Abella, he had to fix his hair first...
Then another visit from Lancaster...he's been visiting Mia for years.
Instead of movies ALL day...Mia scrapbooked - a birthday present from her nurse Miss Christine. It kept her busy and she had a great time putting pictures from all her birthday's in the scrapbook.
Mia watched a little of High School Musical 3...but today she was very tired.
She slept for over 2 hours, which she normally doesn't do. Mia was also the only patient after about 11 am or so. It was a quiet day at POTC.

Wow, 50 transfusions...What a sweet little girl. Love that she scrapbooks, I'm sure she's better at it than I am!
