Camano Island / Spring Break

Let's Do this!! Camano Island, here we come!

Yeah, it was a very early flight...haha!

Passed out cold!

We made it to see our cousin Devee!! What a sweet girl.

First stop, breakfast at the Farm House.

Next stop...the daffodil fields.
Beautiful!

Mia is thankful to blood donors so she can experience special
adventures with family. Blessed beyond measure!

It's Grannie!!! Duckie...

Then we made it to Camano Island.
If you've never been to the Pacific Northwest, you are missing out!

We made it to Grannie's house, these girls love it!

We loved going to the Camano Chapel ...
It's such a neat Church.

Sitting in the Service with Grannie.

After that we went to the Cama Beach Cafe - one of our
favorite spots!

Coffee with Alyssa...

Her's was better than mine!!

So happy she came up for this trip.

Then we went on a windy walk...brrr.

It's so pretty there!

I got to see my elementary school mate Sara, love her!

Fire pits on the beach are always fun...!!

Love this time spent together.

We were adventourous and wanted to visit Friday Harbor, we took the ferry all the way there.

Took some great pics along the way...

So fun!

Made it all the way there but couldn't get off the boat.
Are you kidding me??
There was a fire in the galley of another boat already docked.
No vehicles could get off.
Oh well. God has a sense of humor.

Madison and I went on a walk while the power was out
during a storm. We couldn't get to the beach because
there was so much water covering the path way.

But we found a pink tree...you don't get those in Arizona.

One special memory the girls have is knitting with
Grannie. They loved it!

Good job girls.

The fresh air is amazing.

Spending time with Devee is fun too!

We got to take the train all the way to Seattle and walk to
Pike Place Market. So fun!

Of course it was pouring with rain so we went to the
Seattle Aquarium, which is so neat for kids who don't live
near water. They loved it!

We had a lovely dinner at Ivar's - Clam chowder and fish and chips,
YUMMY!

On our rainy walk back to the train station...Maddie found a
Madison Street.

Alyssa...did you cut your hair?!

Thank you to Camano Island for the lovely memories...

We hope to come back...especially when it's warmer!!!
