Mia's port accessed (Sally) and it was good to go!
Especially with the help of some awesome nurses.
Of all things, Mia picked out a book. Aww, way to go Mia.
Had to get some cute photos in her dress and boots...
So stylish and cute, even in the hospital!
Thanks to our neighbor Ken for bringing Mia a gift - her boots. He knew she REALLY wanted them so it was an early Christmas gift. So thoughtful.
We are especially grateful to blood donors...for this Thanksgiving.
We are huge fans of Tito Ortiz for helping us with Mia's blood drive last August, thank you SO much! We will never forget the nice things people do for us.
Speaking of nice things that people o for us, we LOVE Ben and Aubrey York...and we are truly blessed to know them.
Shout out to Mia's friend Alex, she loves her so much!
And a fellow hospital buddy Cienne...who she travels to camp with .
We had an ASU student reach out to us to complete a video project and wanted to use Mia's story, via United Blood Services...so cool! They even got a chance to film Mia during her actual transfusion, which of course makes for a great visual. Thanks Jill!!
Mia you are definitely brave for telling your story AND living it. Love you so much!
Aww the #princessproject was around the hospital and they stopped in to see Princess Mia for a few minutes. Beautiful! That wraps up Mia's #117.
